It's Tim's 37th birthday today. We are off to a water park for the day and then out to dinner afterwards. It should be a fun and eventful celebration!

Are we all packed?

Getting a family of four packed for a trip is a lot of work. We started getting organized a few days ago and have managed to get everything into 2 suitcases, 2 car seats, and 4 carry ons. While we are gone we will be able to use a washer and dryer so that allowed us to pack a little bit lighter. I have a fear of forgetting to pack something that we really need so hopefully we have everything!

Leah has become quite the joker lately. Well, that's sort of a personality trait of hers. What I mean is that she likes to tell jokes. Her favorites are "Knock, Knock" jokes. I bought her the book pictured above. She's managed to read through it several times since getting it this morning as an April Fool's Day/early Easter gift. Here favorite joke is "What's furry, pretty, and wears glass slippers?" Cinder-rabbit! I also found a way to get a joke a day for kids. Do you know of any good clean kid friendly jokes?
