Can we decorate my tree today?

Without school today Leah and I had the perfect opportunity to complete her tree project for school. First she planned out what she wanted the tree poster to look like. Then we went to the store in the rain and bought all of the materials. For the background she used green fabric, the stump was colored in brown marker, the pot was covered with red scrapbook paper, metallic rick rack became the lights, buttons were used for the ornaments, and a yellow star accented with glitter glue was attached to the top of the tree. We had a fun time working together.
